1. The order dated 12th April, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the third line of paragraph two on the first page of the order dated 12th April, 2024, the expression "Murshidabad" shall stand corrected to read as "Purulia". In the first line of paragraph six on the second page of the said order, the expression "27th September, 2023" shall stand corrected to read as "13th October, 2023".

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 12th April, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 12th April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
