1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 11.03.2024.

2. In the fourth line of the fourth paragraph of the order the words 'learned Judge, Special Court under NDPS Act, 3rd Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas' be read as 'learned Judge, Special Court, 3rd Court at Barasat, North 24-Parganas'.

3. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the order.

4. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.

5. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
