Mr. Sukumar Ghosh Mr. Sandip Ghosh ...for the Petitioner Mr. Ayan Banerjee Ms. Debasree Dhamali ...for the Bally Municipality Matter is taken up for consideration in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and Bally Municipality being the principal respondent. On the last occasion, 6th December, 2022, on the prayer made by the learned advocate representing the petitioner, hearing of this matter was adjourned in order to enable the learned advocate for the petitioner to obtain instructions.

Today, Mr. Sukumar Ghosh, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that no definite instruction has been provided to him by the petitioner. In view of aforesaid position it appears petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petitioner stands dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
