The learned advocate for the applicant is directed to serve notice upon Smt. Amrita Burman Roy being the Administrator of Bally Municipality enclosing copy of this order and copy of the contempt application by fortnight from date and file affidavit-of-service on the next date.

List the matter under the same heading in the monthly combined list of April, 2025.

However, pendency of this contempt proceeding shall not preclude the alleged contemnor to comply with the order dated 16th May, 2023.
