The petitioners have been implicated under Sections 341/324/325/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that one of the co-accused persons has been granted bail by the learned Court below. She submits that the present petitioners stand on the same footing and she claims parity for them. Learned Advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary.

We have seen the material therein including the medical injury report of the victim. The victim suffered head injury and other injuries. This could be of serious nature. We are of the view that the petitioners should surrender before the Court below and obtain regular bail. We so direct. The petitioners shall not be arrested for a period of one month in the

event they surrender before the Court below within a week from date.

The application being C.R.M. 1645 of 2021 is disposed of on the above terms.
