1. Petitioner is unrepresented though Mr. Paul, learned Advocate appearing for the State is present.
2. This writ petition has been preferred challenging the order dated 31st May, 2019 passed under Section 10(4) of the West Bengal Highways Act, 1964 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Act"). The order dated 31st May, 2019 affirms the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer under Section 10(3) of the said Act on 30th August, 2018, whereby the unauthorized encroachers were directed to remove unauthorized structures by the side of the Pataspur-Banguchak Road.
3. Therefore, from the conduct of the petitioner, it appears that he is not inclined to pursue this writ petition. Accordingly, same is dismissed.
4. The concerned respondent is directed to enforce the order dated 30th August, 2018, passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kharagpur, in accordance with law.
