Mishra ..for the CBI Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that a copy of the entire case diary including the evidence in the matter shall be made available to the CBI.
This Court finds the same necessary since the CBI is investigating into the larger offence relating to the recruitment scam in the State.
The CBI may, in their own discretion, examine the evidence in general and, particularly, the suicide note to ascertain that the same could benefit the
investigation being conducted by them in the larger SSC recruitment scam.
The CBI may apply before this Court, if they are of the view that any fresh and/or supplementary chargesheet is required to be filed in respect of Lalgola FIR No. 349 of 2022 dated 29.09.2022. The writ petition stands disposed of.
