Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his property is being encroached and in spite of informing the police authorities, no action has been taken. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there are certain temporary structures but there has been no encroachment.

However, for removal of the temporary structures information has been sent to the National Highway Authority concerned.

The police authorities would inform the petitioner in respect of the particulars by which the

information was furnished with the National Highway Authority.

Petitioner would be at liberty to make a representation to the National Highway Authority concerned to take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 3726 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
