Report submitted by Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Report reflects that whereabouts of the petitioners are not known both to Dum Dum Police Station and Sinthi Police Station.

Having regard to the conduct of the petitioners, the interim order earlier passed in CRR 301 of 2008 is hereby vacated. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar is directed to issue proclamation in respect of petitioner no.2 and order of attachment in respect of petitioner no.1 and proceed to the next step after compliance in respect of attachment of the properties.

So far as the revisional application is concerned, CRR 301 of 2008 is dismissed.

Pending connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar within a week from date.
