Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that although she claims to be the owner of the property but the said property is being used by certain local anti-socials and on several occasion she tried to demarcate the property by erecting boundary wall. For the purposes of erecting boundary wall, she has been resisted by the local hooligans of the area. State has submitted a report. Having regard to the issue that the right, title and interest as also the usage in respect of a property is to be decided by the civil court.

It would be in fairness of circumstances that the petitioner approaches the civil court for an appropriate direction.

In case the civil court passes any direction for rendering police assistance, police authorities would respect, obey and implement such order of the civil court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3733 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
