The present revision is of the year 2019 is for quashing of impugned order dated 7th September, 2018 passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate in G.R No.2281 of 2016 arising out of P.S case No.276 of 2016 dated 6.11.2016 rejecting the naraji petition filed on behalf of the petitioner and accepting the final report of investigating officer.

Learned counsels for the State and the opposite party nos.2, 5 & 6 are present.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
