The petitioner participated in the selection process for appointment of teachers to the upper primary level. In the selection process conducted by the School Service Commission for the year 2016, the petitioner's rank is 1149 out of 1400 vacancies. A Grievance Redressal Cell for unsuccessful candidates was set up in which the petitioner is stated to have participated.

The Commission in terms of the leave granted by the Division Bench of this Court and a Co-ordinate Bench has decided to reconsider the cases of 1098 candidates, who are unable to upload the documents on the grievance redressal portal at the time of verification.

Since the petitioner's case falls within the aforesaid list (1098), the process of such second chance of uploading the documents may be initiated

and completed as expeditiously as possible by the Commission. The petitioner shall take immediate and diligent steps for uploading the documents in that regard as and when the process is commenced by the Commission.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
