Petitioner is aggrieved by the act and action of the 03.03.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.17 Rakib police authorities and submits that inspite of submitting all the documents with the police no action has been taken.

State has submitted a report. Report is enclosed with order dated 09.01.2025, wherein the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Bardhaman in an application under Section 175(3) of the BNSS was pleased after considering the enquiry report to reject the same. Since the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Bardhaman has already interfered and passed a direction, I am of the view that the present writ petition is not maintainable. Petitioner would, if so advised approach the Revisional Court if he is aggrieved by the order dated 09.01.2025.

Accordingly, WPA 3740 of 2025 is disposed of. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
