...for the respondents None appears on behalf of the appellant nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellant. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/decree-holder, on instruction, submits that the appelant left the property without any intimation and without lock and key. The plaintiff has taken possession of the suit property in question. In any event, six months time is given to the plaintiff to find out an alternative accommodation. It is submitted that the occupational charge as determined by this Court has not been paid by the appellant. The decree-holder should be entitled to take appropriate step in accordance with law for realization of such occupational charges, if they so desired.
