By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned show-cause notice dated 14th June, 2023 being annexure P-2 to the writ petition by filing this writ petition on 9th February, 2024 i.e. after 8 months from the date of issuance of the impugned show-cause notice. It appears from impugned showcause notice that the respondent authority concerned has recorded reasons in detail and petitioner was asked to give reply to those reasonings within 30 days from the date of issuance of such impugned showcause notice. Petitioner submits that it has filed reply to the impugned show-cause notice within 5th July, 2023, being annexure P-3 to the writ petition.

Petitioner submits that in spite of filing reply to the impugned show-cause notice, this Court should ignore such reply since it has been filed as an empty formality and he does not insist on the points taken by it in aforesaid reply to the impugned show-cause notice which is still pending and not disposed of which means petitioner foregoes the points taken by it in reply to the impugned show-cause notice and petitioner wants this Court to ignore its reply to the impugned show-cause notice in spite of submitting the same before the authority concerned, in such facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned show cause notice and accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 3687 of 2024 is dismissed.
