Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an Indian citizen. She refers to the documents relating to land claimed to be purchased by the grand father of the petitioner in the year 1968. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner relied upon a school leaving certificate which the police enquired from such school and found that the name of the petitioner was not enrolled with the school. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM (DB) 576 of 2022 is rejected.
