1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of an order have already been passed by the District Magistrate, the matter has become infructuous and the petitioners do not want to proceed with the matter any further.

2. Accordingly, WPA No. 3631 of 2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. There will be no order as to costs.
