It appears that the revisional application has already been dismissed for default on 01.07.2019 by passing an order of this court and against the order of dismissal, present application is filed with a prayer for restoration of the said revisional application to its original file and number.

It appears that the present petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the present revisional application. Accordingly there is no reason to keep the revisional application alive in the list.

So the application being CAN 1 of 2019 (Old CAN 7248 of 2019) filed in connection with C.O. 425 of 2011 is hereby dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
