-Vs.- Diksha Greens Limited Mr. Sannidhya Datta .....For the Petitioners Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record. An order dated 11.02.2021 reflects that there was a submission on behalf of the petitioners that they were like to pay the dues in respect of the dishonoured cheque.

Learned advocate appearing for one of the petitioners submits before this Court that they have paid substantial amount towards the dishonoured cheque but the whole amount is yet to be remitted to the complainant. An accommodation has been prayed for some more time preferably 45 days from date.

Having regard to such contention advanced, I am of the opinion that pendency of the revisional application before this Court is unwanted as the offences complained of are compoundable in nature. Petitioners after payment would be at liberty to pray for compounding before the Learned Magistrate in seisin of the matter.

With the aforesaid observations, C.R.R. 355 of 2021 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
