1. Affidavit of service filed in court be kept on record.

2. The petitioners have sought certain information from the SPIO under the RTI Act, however SPIO failed to respond to the said applications. Hence, the petitioners moved to the first appellate authority.

3. The first appellate authority directed the SPIO (RTI) to dispose of the petitioners' applications within 30 days. It is the case of the petitioners that the applications have still not been decided.

4. Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 5 to comply with the order of the appellate authority and dispose of the RTI applications of the petitioners within 30 days, if not already disposed of.

5. With this direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
