Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

Apparently, the petitioners facilitated marriage with a person who was mentally ill knowing such fact.

The petitioners are unwilling to return the stridhan articles. There are materials in the case diary requiring immediate custodial interrogation of the petitioners.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 720 of 2023 is dismissed.
