At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner has prayed for leave to serve notice upon the respondents or the learned advocates for the respondents since today no one is representing the respondents.

It is also brought to the notice of this Court that respondent no.5 took out an application being CAN 1871 of 2019 and a coordinate Bench on hearing the application recalled the previous order dated 15th February, 2019 passed on the connected writ petition.

In view of such submission being made on behalf of the petitioner it appears that the writ petition stood revived by virtue of the order dated 8th November, 2019 passed by the coordinate Bench and the same needs to be heard.

The learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve notice upon the respondents or the learned advocates for the respondents enclosing

copy of this order by ten days from date and file affidavit-of-service on the adjourned date.

List the matter under the heading "Motion Group-V (Municipality) For Disposal" on 20th May, 2024.
