A large number of further facts have emerged. Clarifications have been received from the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) as also West Bengal Central School Service Commission. It is clarified that the allocation chart dated 21st December, 2020, being Annexure P4 of the writ petition, has been prepared by the D. I. of Schools, based on the request forwarded by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. It is submitted by Mr. Patra, learned advocate appearing for the Commission, that the post of Assistant Teacher in Political Science in Bhupal Chandra Vidyapith is vacant as it has been blocked by the Commission since after receipt of the instant writ petition.

In that view of the matter, West Bengal Central School Service Commission shall recommend transfer of the petitioner to the aforesaid Bhupal Chandra

Vidyapith, and the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall issue an order of transfer in favour of the petitioner accordingly.

The aforesaid exercise shall be completed by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission as well as the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education within a period of seven days from date.

The petitioner shall join the aforesaid Bhupal Chandra Vidyapith within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of the order of transfer. The West Bengal Central School Service Commission as well as the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education shall communicate the order of recommendation and transfer to the writ petitioner immediately by e-mail at ripandas1977@gmail.com and mobile no. 8918260432.

Hard copy of the order shall be sent by speed post.

Report of the respondent no. 4 is taken on record. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
