This is an application for anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in connection with Nandakumar P.S. Case No.119/2020 dated 26.3.2020 under Sections 186/188/269/270/271/353/332/333/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984 and under Section 9 of the M.P.O. Act. Having considered the case diary produced by the learned counsel for the State as well as the submission of Mr. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and having considered the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 1659 of 2021 is accordingly dismissed.
