From the report of the Department dated 3rd October, 2023, it appears that Administrative Notice upon the petitioner could not be served as the petitioner is not residing at the given address for the last six years. On 4th October, 2023, the petitioner was represented by the learned advocate. On 7th December, 2023, the matter was adjourned on the ground of non-appearance of the petitioner and non-compliance of the order dated 4th October, 2023. Today also none appears on behalf of the petitioner on call. This revisional application is pending since 2017. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. 2.
