It appears that a date was fixed for filing amended plaint and written objection. It will be open to the petitioner to approach the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Berhampur, Murshidabad, to pray for expeditious hearing of the suit, which shall be considered by the learned trial Judge accordingly.

With the above observation, CO 562 of 2025 stands disposed of.
