Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there was a free fight between the private parties. There are cases and counter cases. The petitioners suffered injury and is in hospital.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victims. She submits that two of the victims were admitted in hospital. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, and the injury reports of the victims we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 1019 of 2022 is dismissed.
