Petitioner complained on or about 01.01.2023 with the Officer-in-Charge, Nischinda Police Station, Howrah, as there were issues relating to demarcation of land and subsequent torture being inflicted by the private respondents. The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of informing the police authorities against the private respondents no steps have been taken. Learned advocate for the State and the private respondents are present.

Having considered that the police authorities were informed more than two years ago, I direct that if the situation so persist, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authorities with a fresh representation. In case such a representation is submitted, police authorities would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3646 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
