For the State The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Sujata Das, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his name is Ardhendu Saha. However, charge-sheet filed in connection with G.R. Case No. 1859 of 2009 incorporates his name as Raju Saha. The execution return of warrant of arrest has been issued from the Court of Ld. JM, 2nd Court, Howrah. The prayer for further investigation has been advanced on behalf of the petitioner as he has no identity card to establish a relationship between the name appearing

in the charge-sheet as Raju Saha and he being Ardhendu Saha.

According to ld. advocate for the petitioner, the matter is pending since the month of March, 2023, the ld. Magistrate is directed to dispose of the said application by 30th of November, 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 547 of 2023 is disposed of.
