In view of the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Ct-08 ar 16.04.2025 Supreme Court quashing the entire selection list of SSC-2016, this appeal has now become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous along with CAN 1 of 2024, as the name of the appellant appeared in the said list (SSC-2016) which has been quashed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
