1. Apart from the fact that the interim order till 17.1.2025, the suit is valued at Rs.100 only and is not maintainable before this Court in view of the provision laid down under Section 21(1) (a) of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts (West Bengal Amendment) Act, 2000.

2. In view thereof, the appeal and the application are dismissed as not maintainable.

3. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of this case.
