Counsel for the petitioners appears to have impleaded 12 persons as the writ petitioners and 77 persons as respondents.

The grievance of the petitioners is seizure of hire-purchase vehicles by the Financial Institution. Admittedly, the vehicles in respect of the two petitioners have already been seized, and the petition by them is infructuous. The other writ petitioners anticipate that their vehicles will also be seized.

This Court notes with surprise that as many as 77 respondents have been impleaded without any reason or rhyme.

For multifariousness and mis-joinder of parties, and mis-joinder of causes of action, the instant writ petition must fail and is hereby dismissed.

There will be no order as to costs.
