We have considered the materials on record. Trial is in progress. Materials on record implicate the petitioner in the murder. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. 4.

Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

5. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
