Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 19th February, 2025.

In the order dated 19th February, 2025, the name of the Advocates for the State be read as 'Mr. S. S. Imam with Ms. Srilekha Chatterjee' in place and stead of 'Mr. S. S. Imam with Mr. S. Chatterjee'. 3.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 4.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
