Accordingly, CRR 443 of 2012 is dismissed Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Learned court is directed to conduct an enquiry and thereafter decide regarding fate of the case so far as the petitioner is concerned.
