This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No. 22 of 2019, pending before the learned District Judge, Malda.

Misc. Appeal No. 22 of 2019 is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Records do not reveal whether service of the said application is complete and whether the said application has been admitted for hearing as yet. However, the prayer before this court is that the learned District Judge may be directed to dispose of the same expeditiously. The prayer is innocuous. Without going into the merits of the claims of the petitioner and the merit of the pending application, this revisional application is disposed of with a request upon the learned District Judge, Malda to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law and independently and on its own merits upon affording an opportunity of hearing to the contesting parties, preferably, within a period of two months from the next date fixed.

Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with the server copy of this order upon the opposite parties within seven days from date.

The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
