Mr. Swapan Kumar Pal ...for the petitioner Mr. Saugata Mitra Ms. Soma Chakraborty ...for the State Ms. Koyeli Bhattacharyya Mr. Bibek Dutta Ms. Keya Panja ...for the WBBSE Matter is taken up for consideration in terms of the order dated 21st March, 2025 when learned advocate representing the State respondents submits that arrear amount for the period from September, 2019 to June, 2020 has been paid to the petitioner on 2nd May, 2025 upon making necessary deduction.

In view of release of arrear dues in favour of the petitioner it appears grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to make a prayer before the concerned State authorities for payment of interest due to delayed payment of arrear dues.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
