1. This intra-Court appeal filed by the writ petitioner is directed against the order dated 13th February, 2023 by which the writ petition filed by the appellant to quash the F.I.R. and the charge-sheet was dismissed.

2. The learned Single Bench was fully right in refusing to exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to quash F.I.R. and the charge-sheet.

3. Therefore, we find no ground to entertain this appeal and accordingly, appeal and the connected application stand dismissed.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
