In the fourth line of the paragraph 13 of the judgment dated 13.3.2023, the word "within the jurisdiction of Barasat Court" shall be deleted and in its place "within the jurisdiction of Alipore Court" shall be inserted. Let the same be treated as part of the judgment dated 13.3.2023. Rest of the judgment dated 13.3.2023 remains unaltered.
