Learned counsel appearing for the University submits that the petitioner has been assigned classes in History and continues to take classes on that basis.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner however raises a point on the perceived stigma which would appear from the departmental meeting dated 27th January, 2022 which reflects that certain concerns raised by the students against the petitioner were placed before the members.

As suggested by learned counsel appearing for the University, this Court is of the view that the question of stigma or any other prejudice which the petitioner may be addressed by the Grievance Redressal Committee for effective adjudication.

WPA 3524 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
