Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there some incurable defects in the revision petition filed on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the same, the petitioner would like to withdraw this application with liberty to file an application afresh on the selfsame grounds. On the prayer of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed. However, this shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a revisional application afresh on the selfsame grounds.

On the prayer of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Section is directed to return the certified copy of the orders annexed to the petition to the learned Advocate on record of the petitioner upon furnishing a photostat copy of the orders and on giving usual undertakings.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
