1. Though the criminal revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners "not presses" his prayer for quashing and prays for a direction from this Court for a specific period to surrender in order to avail the anticipatory bail granted vide an order dated 10.03.2021 in Criminal Misc. Case no. 244 of 2021. The period for surrender has long expired.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 could not surrender, as it was during the Covid Pandemic.

3. As none appears for the State, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned empanelled counsel of the Government of West Bengal along with learned Public Prosecutor are

appointed to represent the State in the present case. Let their appointment be regularized.

4. Let a copy of the revisional application be served upon the learned counsel for the State.

5. Considering the said facts and the impugned order, the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court within 10 days from the date of this order and pray for regular bail which the court shall consider as per the order dated 10.03.2021 passed in criminal misc. case no. 244 of 2021.

6. No order is passed as to petitioner no.3.

7. The revisional application stands disposed of.

8. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
