Petitioner has made a prayer for transfer from her present school based on an offline application.

It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that petitioner was appointed in connection with 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Classes IX & X).

It has been submitted by learned advocates representing the parties that the entire selection process of 1st SLST, 2016 (Classes IX, X and XI & XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court at present.

In view of pendency of the issue before the

Hon'ble Supreme Court, no order need be passed at this stage on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law in future, if situation so arises.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
