1. Report as called for by the order dated February 27, 2025 filed in Court be taken on record.

2. Coordinate Bench by the order dated February 27, 2025 directed the Superintendent of Police, Murshidabad to look into the matter and ensure apprehension of the absconding accused.

3. Accused is yet to be apprehended.

4. Police Case is of 2014 with charge sheet being filed in 2015 and the accused still absconding.

5. List the application on April 7, 2025 when the State will submit a further report.
