The petitioner is aggrieved by the factum of the particular application pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar.

As the petitioner is appearing in person, there are deficiencies both in the pleadings of the draft as well as the issues which may give rise to any cause of action.

Having considered the spirit of the application preferred before this Court, I direct that in case any petition/application is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar in connection with case No.C-1842/20, the learned Magistrate would dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the next date so fixed. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 624 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of such requisite formalities.
