Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the truck which has been used for transportation of illegally mined sand. The vehicle was used for similar offence earlier. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
