Mr. Subhendu Roychoudhury ... ...for the Petitioner Mr. Susovan Sengupta Mr. Manas Kumar Sadhu ... ...for the State The petitioner submits that a penalty of `50,000/- was imposed upon him, out of which he had paid `30,000/- on 27th April, 2017. The grievance of the petitioner is that suspension has not been withdrawn despite payment of `30,000/-.

The concerned department on 13.04.2017 directed the petitioner to pay penalty amount of `50,000/- to the respondent authorities within 7 (seven) days which he failed. The petitioner now cannot have any grievance against the respondent authorities for his own failure.

With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
