1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the petitioner making queries under the Right to Information Act, the respondent-authorities handed over information in digital form. Since no hard copies were provided and the links provided by the respondent-authorities in the said information could not be opened, there was no sufficient compliance of the provisions of the Right to Information Act.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that not only have the appropriate links, which are fully working, been provided to the petitioner, the information sought by the petitioner has also been given to the petitioner.

3. However, learned counsel for the respondents, in his usual fairness, submits that if the court so

directs, further hard copies of the information may be handed over to the petitioner.

4. Appreciating such fairness on the part of the respondents, W.P.A. No. 3760 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to provide hard copies of the relevant information/documents to the petitioner, as and when so approached.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
