In view of the facts of repeated non-appearance and failure to comply with the Court's directions, it is conclusively inferred that the parties are no longer interested in prosecuting the instant matter. Considering the protracted duration for which this matter has remained pending and the demonstrated lack of interest by the litigant, CR 878 of 1995 shall stand dismissed for default.

Consequently, all connected pending applications, if any, shall also stand automatically dismissed.
