2. In terms of the order, report has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court-in-charge, Barasat, North 24Parganas. As per the report, the case is at the hearing stage and the next date fixed is 9th April, 2026.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the custody application filed in Complaint Case No. 102 of 2023, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court-in-charge, Barasat, North 24-Parganas.

4. In view of the submissions made, the Court is requested to consider expeditious disposal of custody application filed in Complaint Case No. 102 of 2023 filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, CRR 773 of 2025 stands disposed of.
